W dniu 25.10.2018 r. Krajowy Zarz\u0105d PZD wyst\u0105pi\u0142 do Ministra \u015arodowiska w sprawie wycinki drzew ozdobnych z dzia\u0142ek i z teren\u00f3w og\u00f3lnych ROD.\u00a0<\/p>\n

W ww. pi\u015bmie wskaza\u0142, \u017ce obecnie dzia\u0142kowcy oraz PZD korzystaj\u0105 ze zwolnienia z obowi\u0105zku uzyskiwania zezwole\u0144 na wycink\u0119 drzew w ograniczonym zakresie. Maj\u0105 bowiem prawo wycina\u0107 bez zezwolenia tylko drzewa owocowe, krzewy rosn\u0105ce w skupisku o pow. do 25 m2 oraz drzewa, kt\u00f3rych obw\u00f3d na wysoko\u015bci 5 cm nie jest wi\u0119kszy ni\u017c: 80 cm \u2013 w odniesieniu do topoli, wierzb, klonu jesionolistnego oraz klonu srebrzystego, 65 cm \u2013 w odniesieniu do kasztanowca zwyczajnego, robinii akacjowej oraz platanu klonolistnego, 50 cm \u2013 w przypadku pozosta\u0142ych gatunk\u00f3w drzew. W odniesieniu do innych drzew (w tym ozdobnych), dzia\u0142kowcy i PZD musz\u0105 wyst\u0119powa\u0107 do w\u0142a\u015bciwych organ\u00f3w z wnioskami o wydanie decyzji zezwalaj\u0105cej na wycink\u0119.<\/p>\n
